Is it difficult to change windshield wipers on a 99 Buick?

Some autoparts stores offer replacement as a free service if you buy the new blades there. And even if it%26#039;s not official, some staff will just do it for you anyway.|||no, not really. its probably the same as my 88olds. all i do is pull up on a little prong and the wiper comes off. unless your talking about replacing the refills, then just push the 2 little clips togeather and pull the refill out.|||yup my 01 is same so its easy|||Not At All...!!
